Legacee is a post- emergent selective herbicide to control wide range of grasses in rice. Common Name: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl 6.7% EC Mode of Action: Inhibition of acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACCase). Features: Selective grassy herbicide, have effective control on wide range of grassy weeds. High compatibility with other herbicides can be mix with other herbicides. Safe for crop. Method of application: Apply when weeds are of 2 to 5 leaf stage. Use flatfan or floodjet nozzle for uniform spray. Maintain 2 to 3 inches of water for 5 to 7 days for better efficacy. Recommended Dosages: CROP: Rice (Transplanted and Direct Seeded) Common name of the pest: Echinochloa spp. (barnyard grass) Dosage/Hectare: 812.5 – 875 ml Precautions: Use PPE during application. Read and follow all instructions on the label and leaflet very carefully. Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animal food. Avoid contact with mouth,eyes & skin. Avoid inhaling the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind. Wear full protective clothing while mixing & spraying. Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying. Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying.
