Dosage & Application: Soil Treatment (Per Acre): Mix 1.5–2 liters of Azospirillum with castor cake, FYM (Farm Yard Manure), or moist soil. Apply evenly across the field. Drip Irrigation (Per Acre): Mix 1.5–2 liters of Azospirillum and apply through the drip irrigation system. Seedling Treatment: Mix 10 ml of Azospirillum in 1 liter of water. Dip seedling roots for 5–10 minutes before transplanting. Soil Application: Mix 1 liter of Azospirillum with 50–100 kg of well-decomposed manure or cake. Apply evenly on moist soil.
