BAMBOO (Bifenthrin 10% EC) Bamboo is a world-renowned, new generation, broad-spectrum insecticide of the Pyrethroid ester group. Bamboo has a strong Biphenyl bond which provides a longer residual period of control for target insects. Bamboo does not have ‘Cyano-group’ at the alpha position hence does not cause skin irritation to end-users. Bamboo through its contact and stomach action, controls different types of larvae, whitefly, mites, and jassids very effectively. Bamboo has a strong bonding tendency in the soil thus it persists and exhibits a longer duration of extraordinary control of termites. Bamboo provides effective control of termites through its three modes of action e.g. contact, stomach, and repellent action.
